Competition conditions of participation
The closing date for entries is 07.06.2024. Theorganiser of the competition is Fritz Berger GmbH, Fritz-Berger-Str. 1, 92318 Neumarkt. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

Participation
Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Fritz Berger GmbH and their relatives are excluded. Participation can be made using this competition form. Participation in the competition is only valid if all personal details provided by the participant are complete and truthful. Each participant may only take part in this competition once.

Prizes and notification of winnings
The winners will be selected by drawing lots from among the participants with the correct answer no later than 15 days after the closing date for entries and then notified by email or post. Participation in this competition is free of charge. Legal recourse is excluded.

The prize will be processed exclusively through direct contact between the winner and Fritz Berger GmbH. If a winner does not accept the prize within one week, the claim to the prize lapses. In this case, we are entitled to conduct a replacement draw.

We process the personal data you provide to the extent and for as long as this is necessary to carry out the competition and provide the prize or you have otherwise consented.
