THERMATE hotplate
Place the hotplate on the hob. Use a pot of a similar size on it. Start at medium heat and then reduce to low. Make sure that the flames do not spread beyond the plate. Switch off the heating before the end of the cooking time. The hot air cushion generated by Thermate completes the cooking process.
