CDS Power Line complete systems include all installation accessories. Each system is equipped with high-quality individual components in a high-quality design. All solar modules in the CDS Power Line series are equipped with the absolute best monocrystalline high-performance cells available on the market.

The absolute highest performance is guaranteed in a small area, even under the most difficult operating conditions. The solar modules are mounted on TÜV-certified brackets. These are glued to the vehicle roof with the enclosed adhesive set (tested and approved by TÜV).

The external cable is UV-proof and, like the cable set in the interior, is resistant to all environmental influences. The cable connection to the interior is routed through a water pressure-tight cable gland. The cabling is designed in such a way that the system can be retrofitted with a solar module of the same output at any time. The solar control unit can also handle the additional output.

All complete systems (up to max. 15 A) are also equipped with an EBL connection cable set and are therefore state of the art. The installation set is supplemented by the necessary installation material and detailed installation instructions.

The clever solution Glue instead of screw!
Nobody likes drilling unnecessary fixing holes in their motorhome roof. What's more, it makes little sense, as the thin roof skin with its insulation does not guarantee high screw strength anyway. That's why we built high-quality brackets 20 years ago and developed a system for securely attaching them to the vehicle roof without drilling.

The solar modules are then screwed onto these roof spoilers and can be easily replaced when the vehicle is changed. Roof spoilers and roof ducts are not made of ABS material, but of high-quality polyurethane (PUR). They are therefore extremely weather-resistant and will last the life of the motorhome. To prevent wind noise and uplift forces, our system has also been tested and optimized in the wind tunnel. High performance on a small surface area
From a technical point of view, the CDS POWER LINE solar modules are the measure of all things in motorhome construction. Absolute maximum performance - even under the most adverse operating conditions - is achieved through an innovative glass surface in combination with selected high-performance cells. However, these monocrystalline high-performance cells are not - as is usually the case - 36 in number, but 44. Each individual cell is also connected to a special cell diode to ensure that the highest possible power output can be achieved even when the solar module is partially shaded.

As CDS modules are constructed with 44 high-performance cells, an MPP solar regulator should always be used. Due to the increased output voltage of the CDS modules, this guarantees an optimum yield in every area of application. With this control technology, the highest yield can always be achieved when the module voltage is and remains very high even at high outside temperatures. CDS POWER LINE solar modules in combination with an MPP solar controller achieve the highest output values in the smallest area in every climate zone, even in unfavorable weather conditions.

  • Solar modules for motorhomes and caravans are subjected to different loads than those for domestic systems! For mobile use, for example, the junction boxes must be impermeable to pressurized water (airstream) and the soldered connections must be specially designed to withstand the vibrations that occur. The frame construction also requires a special design to compensate for any torsion and uplift forces that may occur.
