Büttner Elektronik MT 1200 SI Sine Wave Inverter 1200 W

These sine wave inverters operate at 1,200 watts of continuous power and are designed to run even larger loads. The MT 1200 SI was specially developed for mobile use and covers the range of medium-sized household appliances up to approximately 1,200 watts input power.

In addition to the small consumers already running on the MT 600 SI-N, the 1,200 watt sine wave devices can also be used to run a toaster, drill, coffee maker, electric vacuum cleaner or a hair dryer.

If the input power of the latter exceeds 1,200 watts, there is almost always the option of running the devices in stage 1 or 2, so as not to significantly exceed the 1,200 watt mark. Experience shows that most household appliances already deliver quite a decent performance even in these partial load ranges.

However, the MT 1200 SI is no ordinary inverter, but as a device "Made in Germany" it also has some interesting special functions: Apart from all monitoring and usual shutdown functions, an intelligent "power-saving function" is built in. This switches the inverter - when no consumer needs to be supplied anymore - first into a power-saving stand-by mode and then completely off after a specified time window. Very quietly running high-performance fans provide draught when high performance is required. In order not to disturb your night's rest, these are not only thermo-controlled, but also variable in their speed. Despite their compact size, the units can be overloaded and can also deliver quite a bit more power for short periods.

The control panel is detachable and functions as a remote monitoring unit with ease of use. While the inverter is in service near the on-board battery, monitoring is thus possible from any point on board. Connection cables with ring lugs for connection to the on-board battery (25 mm2; 1.2 m) are of course included in the delivery.
