Product description
The Caratec satellite antenna with 60 cm mirror are the ideal solution for almost all motorhomes that travel a lot throughout Europe. The opening and closing of the mirror is conveniently done with the TV remote control of a Caratec TV with Smart-D function.
The CASAT600S receives 12 satellites, controlled by DiSEqC via the TV set. opening and closing of the mirror is conveniently done with the TV remote control of a Caratec TV set with Smart-D function.Should one day times an update is required, it can easily be done via MicroSD card.
The connection between the roof unit and the control unit is made with only one cable, which can be disconnected at the roof unit. The antennas have solid worm gears with ball bearing axles and brass gears. Conversion to a twin antenna for connection to two TV sets is also easily possible at a later date
All Caratec satellite antennas have of course a safety circuit and retract automatically when the vehicle engine is switched on. They can be ideally combined with all Caratec TVs with integrated HD satellite receiver
Of course, a possibly already existing satellite receiver or TV set can still be used, the Caratec satellite antennas are quite flexible here.
