"Hello, I have already replied. I am very dissatisfied with the process. Ordered on Sunday, 24.3.24. After 2 working days the delivery should be there: Tuesday, 26.3.24. On Thursday, 28.3.24 we were informed by telephone that the delivery will take place on Tuesday, 2.4.24. This could not be accepted as the frame was needed for sleeping over the Easter holidays. I am therefore of the opinion that the amount for the delivery should be refunded as a gesture of goodwill. Bank: Postbank, owner Lehmann, no.
