HC1D - the environmentally friendly, reliable and long lasting energy supply for the AquaTac flashlight with light ring.

HydraCell's unique patent-pending energy cell technology makes it possible: leaking or even dead batteries when light is needed are a thing of the past.

Whenever light is needed, moisture and oxygen activate the energy cell: a magnesium core coated with layers of salt generates energy by means of an electrochemical reaction, and reliably delivers it to the AquaTac flashlight.

• The activation of the HC1D energy cells is easily done with any kind of water (tap, rain, stream, sea or even dirty water)
• Each HC1D power cell provides over 60 hours of effective runtime (assuming occasional re-activation)
• Unlike conventional batteries, the contents of the HC1D are environmentally friendly, neither toxic nor corrosive, and are biodegradable.
• HydraCell energy cell technology produces environmentally friendly light without any emission or combustion process (unlike candles, oil or kerosene lamps and light from power generators).
  

1. Unpack the cell or remove it from the respective device
2. completely immerse in any kind of water for 15 seconds
3. Shake off water, insert cell - DONE!

ONLY suitable for use in AquaTac flashlights, not suitable for conventional flashlights or other battery powered devices! The HC1D power cell replaces with its power over 12 premium AA alkaline batteries, each of which has a runtime of approximately 5 hours in the AquaTac flashlight. The HC1D can be continuously re-activated until the end of its run time when the power/luminosity decreases.

The new water activated energy cell technology - Please note

The AquaTac flashlight with the new innovative HC1D power cell technology provides light without batteries. This ensures the electrochemical reaction used for environmentally friendly power generation. In order to use the full cell capacity and also to maximize the runtime, the energy cell must be removed from the device when the flashlight is not in use, quasi "for recovery". In this way, the maximum available cell capacity is always maintained. Re-activation of a "recovered energy cell" then brings back full power.

Please also note: "Refreshing" an activated energy cell that is in use sometimes only brings a small refreshing effect based on the given basic voltage. If the cell is stored outside the device "for recovery" and also for storage before reactivation, the reactivation produces a strong effect and releases the maximum capacity of the energy cell
