"The product complies with the usual Thetford Standard. The difficulty was to select the right spare part from several "mechanisms" in the Thetford spare parts list. The problem was solved by the very competent telephone consultation at the Berger headquarters and the branch in Buchholz: this enabled me to select the right part using pictures.
