Product description
The mobile safe is made of 2.5/3 mm SM steel and is coated with an impact and scratch resistant powder. The door is made of 5 mm SM steel and is equipped with a double-bit security lock. The lock is a German brand product with 7 tumblers. A manganese hardened lock plate prevents drilling. Due to the 2 cm inner door the Mobil-Safe is optimally secured against levering open. In addition, the door is secured with a rear handle angle.
This seat base safe fits exactly under the seat console of the driver or passenger seat of the Volkswagen T5. The Mobil-Safe can be installed in such a way that the door can either be opened from the footwell of the front seats or it can be installed in such a way that the Mobil-Safe can be operated from the passenger compartment. The safe is attached using the screw units of the seat consoles provided at the factory. Secure the screw connection with the optional lock nut.
