Nigrin zinc spray 400 ml

Nigrin Zinc Spray is a cathodic corrosion protection with excellent long-term effect. This is the ideal product for anyone who needs a quick and easy solution for corrosion protection on iron or steel surfaces. The Nigrin Zinc Spray dries quickly, it is already dust-dry after a few minutes and ready to touch in less than an hour. Once dry, it contains over 90% pure zinc. This serves as a "sacrificial metal" and protects the underlying bodywork from rust damage

Nigrin Zinc Spray is effective and resistant and designed for a long service life. And all this is achieved with just one application and without the need for a primer. Nigrin Zinc Spray renews the anti-rust coating after metalworking operations such as rust removal, welding, drilling or cutting

Application of Nigrin Zinc Spray

• Substrate must be derusted, degreased (e.g. with Nigrin Silicone Remover), cleaned, dust-free and dry.
• Open cap of Nigrin Zinc Spray with screwdriver.
• Shake well before use.
• Spray on several thin coats at a distance of approx. 25 cm in a cross pattern, working generously.
• Shake can between coats. After each application, hold upside down and spray empty.
• Allow to dry. Dust dry: after 10 - 15 min at 20° C Touch dry: after approx. 30 min at 20° C
