The Ascent is our sleeping bag of choice for most adventures. Our Ascent series sleeping bags offer a perfect balance between comfort and weight. Their special design gives them more room than classic mummy sleeping bags, while still providing the thermal efficiency you need when you're above tree line.

The Ascent is our sleeping bag of choice for most adventures. Our Ascent series sleeping bags offer a perfect balance between comfort and weight. They offer more room than classic mummy sleeping bags, while still providing the thermal efficiency you need when you're above tree line.
The Free-Flow Triple-Zip system ensures high thermal efficiency and offers versatile ventilation settings. The half-zip on the left side provides ample clearance for both arms, additional ventilation, and allows the top third to fold back like a blanket. The full-length two-way zipper on the right side and separate zipper at the foot turn the sleeping bag into a full quilt when the mercury rises higher than expected.
If you want warmth, you close all the zippers, pull the cords together and relax in luxurious comfort. The generous use of high quality 750+ loft down delivers excellent insulation, while the large sized zipper channels prevent body heat from escaping.
The specially shaped foot box and three-dimensional hood ensure you don't compress the down.
Vertical chambers across the chest ensure that the down insulation doesn't migrate during sleep, creating cold spots. A side chamber barrier maintains the 60/40 fill ratio and ensures more down stays on top of the sleeping bag for maximum thermal insulation.
