An end to odor
By means of a small high-performance ventilator (resistant to the aggressive components in the intake air from the waste-holding tank | watertight) specially developed for and with SOG, the following effect is achieved

• switches on automatically when the toilet slider is opened and creates a negative pressure in the holding tank
• this creates a "SOG" at the slider opening, which sucks in fresh air and also the odors produced during use and directs them outside
• the drawing in of the air acts as a seal and prevents 100% the rising of all unpleasant foul gases from the tank (comfort without odor)
• After automatic switch-off, however, there is still a ventilation to the outside and a closed system to the inside

Environmental protection
In addition to putting an end to odors, active toilet deaeration has the great advantage that it does not require the use of any chemicals at all.
When the valve is closed, the hose connection of the SOG system to the outside ensures that the decomposition process is accelerated by the deliberate supply of oxygen to the holding tank. Even commercially available toilet paper is decomposed in a very short time and the use of special paper is unnecessary.

Activated carbon
An important component of the SOG and SOGII is activated carbon. This is produced, in a very environmentally friendly way, from organic materials such as peat, nutshells and sugar. It consists mainly of carbon (mostly >90%) with a highly porous structure. The pores are interconnected like a sponge (open-pored). Activated carbon is used as an adsorbent in chemistry, medicine, water and wastewater treatment, as well as ventilation and air conditioning technology, among others.

Door variant

The fan is mounted directly on the inside of the disposal flap. On the outside, the housing with activated carbon filter is attached. The shapely plastic housing is available in white, light gray, dark gray and black and, by the way, can also be painted in the color of the car. SOG for the service flap is the easiest venting variant to mount.

Floor variant

The SOG II - compact unit offers a variety of possibilities to ventilate the toilet. The unit consists of an exchangeable filter cartridge into which the ventilator is inserted. This can be placed variably - up to three meters from the toilet - and vented at any place above the floor (e.g. in the garage, under the bench, in the false floor or storage compartment). For further installation, the gas-tight sanitary hose available in motorhome accessories has proven to be the easiest to install. The parts supplied are matched to a sewage pipe system available from camping supply stores. With caravans whose service flap of the toilet opens directly into the awning, it is recommended to install the SOG II floor variant. The specially developed filter unit works so efficiently that the extracted odorous air is completely neutralized. SOG II thus offers a venting variant which, in addition to simple retrofitting, also permits a variety of installation locations. (Filter: 90 mm H, 110 mm Ø | Filter unit with fan: 160 mm H)
