Product description
TriGas gas alarm
The TriGas alarm is activated by gently pressing the switch on the top of the casing. After activation, the TriGas alarm performs a self test and checks that the electronics and sensor technology is functioning correctly. This is displayed via flashing green LEDs. The TriGas alarm calibrates the sensor technology in the connection itself. This phase takes approximately one minute. Once the TriGas alarm has finished calibrating and is ready to use, the green LED stops flashing. Hold the on/off switch for around 2 seconds to turn off. If the TriGas alarm detects gas in the ambient air, the device will emit a silent pre-alarm. This is shown by a flashing red and green LED. This phase lasts around 20 seconds. If the concentration of gas remains the same or increases after 20 seconds, the alarm will then sound. The alarm emits a siren sound and the red LEDs will flash. The green LEDs can be dimmed by quickly pressing the on/off button. Quickly press the button again to increase the LED brightness.
