Solar charge controllers
A solar charger is supplied with energy from solar modules and then stores it in batteries. Using the latest and fastest technology, the BlueSolar maximizes this energy production and directs it in an intelligent way to fully charge the batteries in the shortest possible time. The Blue Solar maintains the functionality of the battery and thus extends its life.
Remote monitoring and control
You can remotely control and monitor the extensive functions of your BlueSolar MMPT charger by attaching a Bluetooth dongle and pairing it with your smartphone or other device via VictronConnect. When your system is connected to the Victron Remote Management Internet Portal (VRM), you have full access to your MPPT anytime, anywhere. Both services are available free of charge. For remote installations - even if there is no Internet connection and no telephone network available nearby - you can monitor your MPPT via Bluetooth coupling
Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)
Especially on overcast skies, when light intensity is constantly changing, an extremely fast MPPT controller improves energy yield by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers
Advanced maximum power point detection in case of partial shading
In case of partial shading, two or more points of maximum power (MPP) may be present on the current-voltage curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to adjust to a local MPP. However, this may not be the optimal MPP. The innovative algorithm of the BlueSolar device will always maximize the energy yield by adjusting to the optimal MPP
